Certification / Qualification List

In collaboration with the Kanagawa Prefecture Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Kanagawa Prefecture Union of Chambers of Commerce and Industry, I received the Kanagawa Prefecture Excellent Industrial Person Award in recognition of contributing to the promotion of local commerce and industry, among business owners operating companies or employees working at companies within the prefecture.

“Eruboshi Certification” is a system that certifies companies that meet certain standards. This is based on the Act of Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement at workplace.

Kanagawa Prefecture has a system in place to certify businesses that have institutionalized childcare support for their employees as Kanagawa Prefecture Children and Childcare Support Promotion Businesses (Kanagawa Childcare Support Group).

Our company met all the requirements in July 2022 and was certified as a “Kanagawa Childcare Support Team.” We will continue to work on supporting children and child-rearing.
